At iLogo we accept all cancellations of orders up to the artwork approval stage as physically nothing has been printed until then. Once your t-shirt goes for printing, it is not possible for us to cancel because we have printed it just for you. We process requests for cancellation manually below you can find the cancellation process for you.

• -If you wish to cancel your order, please mention the reason for cancellation and raise a request with our support team by email or contact us on +91 2267498749, +91 8369833275.

• -Note: iLogo will accept cancellation requests for up to 24 hours after you have placed your order or the artwork approval stage, whichever comes earlier.

• -Once your cancellation requests have been raised, our team may credit the amount back to you.
