Design FAQ:

How accurate is the preview I see?
iLogo lets you get a good look at how your item will turn out, but computers can’t perfectly simulate the real world. Every computer monitor displays colours a little differently (so the colours of your merchandise may not match perfectly what you see on screen).
Embroidery and printing on non-paper surfaces vary very slightly from item to item.
But please don’t worry! Trust the names of the various colours you use on the site and trust we will produce merchandise that looks great and doesn’t disappoint!
Also please free to use the notes features if you have any special requests or concerns.

How do I use the studio to design T-shirts?
On entering the studio, enter your country and number of T-shirts you require. This is to keep updating the price you would pay. Then choose the base colour of your item and choose the individual colour of the sleeve, collar and cuff.
You can either buy the designed t-shirt or move onto customizing it by clicking on “Add your text, logo or image”.

If I design a T-shirt do I have to order it?
Of course not, go ahead and play with our design tool. You can email your design to a friend or save it for later.

Why is there a minimum of 100 t-shirts when I design the T-shirt?
This is because the cloth for your product is dyed exclusively for you. The minimum quantity we can dye at a time is for 100 t-shirts.

Will the other email recipients see the price when I forward it to them when I save the design?
No, only the email sent to the designer has the link to access the design saved by you. However, they can access the saved design with the name you saved the design from the site.

Can I design a T-shirt giving the pantone colour shade I want?
Yes, you can. Please add the shade in your notes while sending the design.

Can I design a total of 100 polos in a combination of both men’s and women’s T-shirts?
Yes, you can. Design the T-shirt in either men or women’s and give your requirement in your notes.

How do I customize the designed T-shirt with text/image in the studio?
